In 1984 a chemical leak from a US pesticide plant killed at least 8 thousands, and as many as 35 thousand in Bhopal India. This June, 2010, 7 of the employees responsible were sentenced to 2 years in prison, and $2000 dollars fine, (thats the max possible). This article points out the hypocrisy when compared to the recent BP disaster.
